Due to inter-breeding and inter-racial marrages and so on in Eve, we are now able to create a character from any bloodline and race.
This would fix the majority of the problems and complaints about the new character system without breaking the story line.
You have to complete EvE on hard-mode to unlock all races or alternatively, at midnight, after 3 beers and a smoke, press triangle, circle, circle, square, triangle, circle, x, x, circle and then hit your wife.

Basically its a stupid idea to allow Minmatar racial clothing to be worn by Amarrian's and vice versa - sometimes certain outfits are just made for other people Linkage

Depends at what point in time you start to count the 'first' atrocity. Both China and Japan, as well as all other major civilizations, have had their share of causing and being on the receiving end, of atrocities.

Looks like Jove were completely forgotten.
CCP long term development goals really don't exist. It seems by the time an idea is formulated, tested, implemented it can either 1) disappear entirely 2) remain half developed for a few years 3) change into something completely different 4) be released along with (2) 5) be released and then (3).
Entirely bizarre company.
